Our Values

We want all of our students to feel part of our family and understand what it means to be a ‘true OCAer’. We do this through our core values of:

Originality – All our students are encouraged to think independently and creatively. Our students are able to create new and exciting beginnings; a ‘must have’ quality in our world today.

Community – Supportive relationships are at the heart of our OCA community. Just like any other community, our community members are unique, each contributing different qualities.  In addition to encouraging and supporting our students to take active roles in meaningful social interaction.

Aspiration – We encourage all of our students regardless of background or ability to have aspirations; supporting our students to achieve what they want from their education and their life is evident in our belief in all of our students.

Excellence –Our pupils are motivated and inspired to strive for excellence in all that they do and to live by our motto of ‘Age Quod Agis’ – Whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability.’
